Tele Consult With Best Eye Surgeons in Delhi fro Shreya Eye Centre

A Tele-Consult is a Tele call consultation with our doctors. Due to time & distance constraints, it may be difficult for you to physically travel to our centres. Tele-Consults allow you to speak to our doctors and seek appropriate medical care without the hassle of travelling in person.

Tele-Consults are available throughout the day – 10 AM to 8 PM via prior appointment which will be provided on the basis of the form filled by you on this web page.

You can share your medical reports & history before the consultation by scanning and emailing them to info@shreyaeyecentre.com include your name, consultation time and date in the mail for easy reference.

Tele-Consults will be available via Tele call. The patients must have a mobile/telephone connection. At the time of appointment, the patient will receive a call from the Shreya Eye Centre team which will, in turn, connect with the doctor. Please note, the call centre will also share a link with the patient to make the payment online before the appointment & the charges will be communicated as well.

No. There is no difference in terms of the medical advice provided and our commitment to our patients. However, the lack of physical check and technological limitations can make a difference in some cases. Our doctors will provide you with an advisory to visit in person should there be a need to do so.

No. The Tele-Consult is an extended service/facilitation provided by our hospital. It does not replace or reduce the importance of regular clinics and consultations.

We encourage you to pick a time & date of your convenience such that cancellations are avoided. However, we do understand your contingencies. Please inform the concerned representative of your unavailability and next suitable date for rescheduling the appointment for a later date

No. This service is available for national patients only as of now.

1. Shreya Eye Centre is offering tele-consultation/telemedicine or video consults where patients are not being able to reach the hospital.
2. A video or telemedicine consult can never be compared to a normal in-hospital consult where the doctor is able to physically examine the patient.
3. You are advised to come to the hospital for consults whenever you are in a position for the same. If the consult cannot wait, then only you should opt for a telemedicine or video consult.
4. You are advised to confirm the diagnosis, treatment and prescription whenever you are able to come to the hospital for a physical consult. In case your symptoms/condition does not improve, immediately reach the nearest eye hospital or Ophthamology clinic
5. By accepting telemedicine consultation , you agree and accept that the tele-consultants/doctors and all personnel directly or indirectly involved with any part of the Telemedicine set up shall not be held responsible in the unlikely event of an error in diagnosis or management due to the occurrence of sub optimal technical conditions. While every attempt will be made to ensure ideal conditions, unforeseen situations may occur.
6. Shreya Eye Centre and/or its doctors shall not be responsible for complete accuracy of telemedicine consultation, limited in its scope as it is, with no physical examination of the patient being possible. While every attempt will be made to ensure comprehensiveness of the consultation, unforeseen situations may arise. Your accepting telemedicine consultation will be taken as your consent for a telemedicine consult with its ingrained limitations.
